Contribution and approach
I built a provider-agnostic LLM layer where local Ollama and cloud Gemini share one interface and back each other up during failures. On top of it I added intent classification, parameter extraction, voice commands, prompt versioning, pipeline execution, and cost tracking. The event-driven kanban core runs on MongoDB and stays live through SignalR; the MCP layer lets agents carry out card, sprint, and PR workflows in a controlled, auditable way.
